I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Considering the price we paid, the quality of the room and the service exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was a bit of a ways from the city centre, but it was good, close enough to walk and had easy access to public transportation.

Staff members were kind and the room was good.

The male desk clerk was rude and not helpful at all. There was no help for luggage, persons or cart. He watched handicapped seniors struggle without offering to help. He was lazy and arrogant stating it was a 3* hotel so no services! The following morning a young lady on the desk offered her husband to help with the luggage which was very much appreciated. We had stayed there before several years ago and were not treated as such. A recent review would have been helpful in our not choosing this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was great, just a short bus ride away from the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom that had everything I needed. The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of options to choose from and a large, modern dining room. this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

There was one minor issue with the wifi, which was only available in the lobby and not in the rooms or breakfast room.

The hotel was very good. value for the price we paid.staff were excellent. very close to the train station in a quite area. will recommend this hotel to everyone.

As a non smoker the room we stayed had a smell of smoke from other user of the room. I recommend that you have a few rooms just for smokers or ban smoking in the rooms

Loved the complimentary newspapers in the lobby, especially when my friend got so bored waiting for me. The restaurant offered special menus of the local tradition, which meant I had to try every single dish. Free WiFi was a lifesaver, so I could post about my amazing meals instantly!

I'm not sure why they bothered with a 24-hour front desk, since the staff seemed more interested in looking bored and uninterested than helping me.

Wi Fi was at a substantial cost compared to free Wi Fi in similar hotels. Room on street side was so hot we could not sleep at night. Staff said they were switching on air con but it wasnt effective.

Really oldfashioned look, everything looks aged. Water in the bathroom was nasty, made a pic and vid. Water was darkyellow, piss-colored, so me and my 2 kids (7 and 12) couldn't take a shower, we only stayed one night. When confronting the personnel with this, they simply ignored it and didn't even offer anything in return like a small discount or so, let alone simply showing some interest in my story. Minibar was filled with used drinks, i'm never going back to this hotel.

Clean rooms, good size. Comparable to Holiday Inn/Ramada Inn. Good value for the price. Nice variety of breakfast choices. Easy to find/reach on busy main road. Frequent city buses stop in front

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got good value for what I paid. Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated close to the historic center of the city, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive and always available to assist when needed. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities in the rooms, especially the nice bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay.

Everything was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Only italian speaking staff, the room wasn't that clean. In the breakfast room, please put a stand with the room numbers that the guests can point their own room, instead of the staff asking each and everyone for their room no. Overall the hotel needs a renovation.

The hotel is located close to the city center, making it convenient for sightseeing. There are also several restaurants and cafes within a one kilometer radius. The staff are friendly and provide underground parking for guests.

The rooms could use some updates and have been described as musty by some guests.
